These are apartments with blue neon lighting which gives them a mysterious ambience. In the day, they look normal, like a typical brutalist-style apartment building, but at night when the lights are on, they transform into another. Even with these mysterious vibes, I do find the blue neon lights calming, well at least when looking at the images. Probably when I am physically there at night, I may feel differently. I am thinking of using Midjourney AI to generate more related images using another neon color lighting, and see how it turns out.
