Ever since I saw dense white mist forming from a hill in Kyoto and floating up into the sky. I always imagined the clouds were created elsewhere instead of being made in the sky. This is partly the reason why I started this animated AI artwork project. Just a weird imagination of mine where in another world, clouds were made by machines instead of natural means.
