I wanted to try out the text feature in Midjourney’s Niji style. The theme was about traditional Japanese restaurants that sell inexpensive local food in Japan. Since I am using the Niji style, the AI-generated images will have an anime vibe. Some images will have a mix of Cyberpunk styles due to my prompts. To be honest about the text feature, it didn’t turn out as well as I expected. It could probably be that the Niji mode is not capable of reading Chinese and Japanese texts (well enough). On the other hand, the Midjourney default is much better at reading and displaying the intended English words on the images.
