It came from the darkness, taking a humanoid form, emitting green flames from its body. There is a mischievous and evil grin on its face, as if it has something installed for us which makes it even scarier. As huge the body is, it is rather elusive and difficult to keep track of its movements within the city. This is when the authority realized, it probably shapeshifts a lot while traversing and hiding from prying eyes. Capturing it within a short amount of time may not be possible after all. The authorities have finally decided to evacuate the city, and when the evacuation is complete, the city will be on lockdown.
