Witnesses say before the tornado hit the city, there was a gigantic serpent that rose from the ground. The serpent spins and spirals as it rises into the sky, as it is doing so, a tornado starts to appear. It seems the tornado was created by the great serpent, and that creature probably still remains within. People were shocked to learn the tornado was an unnatural disaster, and now they wonder, does this mean it will only stop when the serpent decides to?
